Claudia has grown and refined her passion for nonprofit fundraising and donor relations through the development and execution of multi-channel programs for organizations such as Goodwill Industries, Food Banks, National Cancer Institutes, Red Cross, Christian nonprofits and Humane Societies.
She has received several honors as a fundraising professional including FundRaising Success Magazine Gold Award for Excellence - 1st Runner Up and the DMA International ECHOTM Awards Certificate of Excellence.
Claudia’s interest in nonprofit fundraising goes well beyond her “day job”. As a pro bono consultant of the Taproot Foundation, Claudia has participated in several branding and marketing projects to help local non-profits realize their fundraising goals.

With over 20 years of experience in brand awareness, direct response and online marketing for non-profit fundraising, Donna has been successful in helping clients acquire new donors, strengthen customer relationships, and improve their return on investment. Her clients include Operation Smile, PATH, World Vision and CARE.
As an award winning Art Director, Donna revels in the thought of pursuing fundraising solutions across all media to inspire action for a cause; always discovering new and inventive ways to reach untapped markets and capture the imagination of the donor.
Donna views the creative process as a true collaboration of talents working together in a seamless, well-organized fashion – on time and in budget. There’s nothing quite as fulfilling as working together to bring the client the type of communication needed to achieve the desired results.

Katherine Wallace
Copywriter
Katherine is a writer and editor who has worked in a variety of fields including non-profits, business and fiction writing. The majority of her work has focused on writing newsletters, direct mail appeals and e-communications helping non-profits tell their story in a compelling way to donors who support their mission.
Over the years, Katherine has honed her photography, and interviewing skills traveling across the country to record the stories of people suffering from the effects of poverty, hunger or addiction.
With a Masters of Professional Writing from USC, Katherine values using her skills to work for organizations that affect positive change in communities.
